I bought a 2011 hpx diesel gator. The bed is rusted out. I found an electric gator i could buy for cheap. Would the bed on the electric fit my hpx? Thank you!

Gator AMT622 left rear wheels won't turn.
I was driving my AMT622 5 wheeler when all of a sudden it came to a stop. I found out the left rear back wheels will not turn, but the right wheels do. Any ideas would be appreciated.

625i "ticking noise"
Hi All,
I have a 2013 625i and at the end of this winter I noticed that a "ticking" sound had started. The noise sounds like it is coming from the rear of the vehicle and I only hear it when I first hit the gas pedal. I am always checking the fluid levels and perform the routine maintenance as the manual suggests.
Everything still operates the same and have not noticed any performance hiccups but the "ticking" has me concerned. Before I contacted the dealer for a possible repair I figured I would reach out to more "seasoned" Gator folk for some possible advice/suggestions.

Dust
Had the full windshield on my gator trail and just sucks the dust in like crazy ! took the top portion off , stiill got some dust but not as much. Removed the bottom portion and no dust comes in cab at all now. Anyone else have this issue? I guess Ill keep the windshield for winter, I like the wind in the summer anyway.

OEM glass doors VS NEW poly door w roll up window
Buying a new gator 855d does anyone have the new poly door w the roll up window not the old style with the window that slides from left to right BUT the roll up style. I'm trying to SE how people like this and what people think about the all glass. I would think the all glass would help keep the noise down. Any dealers on here also that could shed some light? Forget what they say
I am going to just say "Forget what they say" today guys I had a chance to get an up close of a Polaris Ranger and all these videos and reviews that say it is FAR superior to the Gator are just plain liars. That said not wanting to be mean or start a "bashing" the competition thread but overall I would take my 825i any day over it....Yeah it (Ranger) might be quicker on acceleration and top end, but for a workhorse it can't come close. Also in all the youtube videos of UTV accidents never seen a Gator turned over but the others roll like tumbleweeds, again not saying it is impossible to turn a Gator over anything can be but they are very stable..just really glad I went this direction instead of listening to many of my Polaris pals when purchasing it ....

Seat preference?
I purchased a used 825i with standard bucket seats. Was looking for one with a bench seat but...... Anyone have any insight/preference of bucket seats over bench seat?
How hard is it to change from bucket seats to a bench seat? Would this be a mistake? Any idea of costs? What are good condition used bucket seats worth?

13 gator FLOODED
So like an idiot I FLOODED my gator. The engine is full of water and mud. The belt housing is full of mud and water. Everything is full of mud and water. Is there a rebuild kit fo these engines? I'm trying to run new oil in the engine but for whatever reason now my fuel pump won't turn on and so it won't turn over. I almost want to smash it with my excavator and call it a day. I'm so aggravated. Who makes these motors? Where can I find a rebuild kit? It's so hard to find any info on these engines

New 825i owner with question.
Hello everyone. I just took delivery of my new 825i. I wanted to ask everyone about the transmission. Is it normal to experience a slight clunk sound when applying gas to move forward. It is almost like it is taking up a bit of space on the driveline before the clutch or whatever engages and starts the gator in motion. I have a feeling that it's normal with a clutch/belt type transmission, however I'm not used to it as I've always owned atvs with direct deive transmissions which do not have any clunk or take up in transmission. It won't really clunk all the time and seems to do it more if I apply the gas really slowly until it engages. If I fairly quickly apply gas moderately it doesn't seem as rough to engage. Any input on this would really be appreciated and possibly put my mind at ease. Thanks.

Have found another issue to ask about my just delivered 825i. After running it around a while the first day I parked it and noticed some oil drip. Followed it up and it turns out it was coming out from under the dipstick for the transmission. I cleaned up all the oil that ran down the side and I made sure the dipstick was ok and had the rubber o ring. Everything seemed fine so I figured it might have simply been just not tightened enough. Ran gator around more and more and each time I run it I notice more oil coming out from under dipstick. Oil level seems right in the transmission(it's about half way up those little ridges on the dipstick) can't understand why this would push oil out with the seal looking fine. Any ideas?

620i diagnostic light
Hi everyone. Been searching for a site for a while and finally found this one.
Can anyone help with this fault code?
5 long flashes and one short.
I think it has changed several times but this is the one that was flashing just before I found this site. It will run, but it seems like it only runs about half throttle. It has been backfiring when you kill it. Not sure if that will help or not. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Gator Kawasaki FE290 Oil Press Relief valve
New to the forum. Searched for answer to my question before posting but did not find any answers, only one post un resolved.
FE290 Oil pressure relief valve: My relief valve ball does not seat on the the seat with a 21 MM free length spring. Ball is loose and not in contact with the seal. I have seen this posted on other sites, but found no answers. This engine burned up the counter balance rod and broke the piston rod. Going back together now and found this issue with the pressure relief valve. Never saw one that the ball was not in contact with the seat. Everything looks great, spring is 21 mm and manual says 19MM minimum, but the ball is loose under the seat. This engine burned up from lack of oil so I am not budging until I understand this issue. Maybe Kawasaki wanted it to bypass some right off the bat. Spec on oil pressure is less than .5 PSI which seemed really low to me.
Is the ball supposed to seat on the seat static? Really need to know the answer to this question. I am tempted to shim the spring to bring it in contact and then using a pressure source, apply pressure to the assy to see where it unloads at. Every one I ever saw had the ball in contact with the seat.
Would appreciate some help here. I know what I am doing with engines, but this baffles me and I do not want the rebuild to go south after start-up. Better to wait and get answers.

850i deluxe light kit question.
Just installed deluxe light (turn signal) kit. Found that part of the rear lights (backup lights) are not used. There is a single wire that is feed down rt rear tube and then tucked back up in tube(per directions). Perhaps this is for the backup lights?? I found the lights are made by JW Speaker and their catalog shows a single white wire for the backup feature. Anyone have experience with the deluxe turn signal kit?

2005 HPX 4x4 info?
Good morning all: New to this forum, retired, living on the family farm here in Southeren New Jersey. Gave in to a " deal I couldn't pass up" and bought a 2005 HPX 4x4 from the original owners widow. I got the JD owners manual & a gator with not a scratch in the paint and 292 hours on it.
Now I need whatever info I can get to upgrade the lighting (just head lights) and add a frame around the driver section (donot think I need ROP, as it is used for work, not racing around), so I can add a roof and windshield.
I searched the forum for HPX, & 2005 HPX, and got only a few responses . . . . Am I asking the wrong question ?
