Tread Lightly! AZ Trail Clean Up in the Sonoran Desert Nat'l Monument (4/25/15)
Last month we partnered with Tread Lightly! on a project to clean up Table Mesa Recreation Area where 250 volunteers showed up, in the rain,
to pick up trash. Together we removed more than 10 tons of trash from the area! Click HERE to see more about our day cleaning up Table Mesa.
Tread Lightly! is back at it and is hosting another trail clean up day on Saturday, April 25th, 2015 in the Southwest Valley. This is another step
toward keeping our Arizona off-road recreation access open. Please share this info with your family and friends. The more people that help, the
more that can be done. See the information below for more details.
We need your help!
Join us for a stewardship event on the Sonoran Desert National Monument.

2013 Gator RSX 850i Sport will not idle
I'm new to this forum so I wasn't sure where exactly I needed to post this question, but my gator went from running fine to where it will not idle. It seems to me it even runs a little rough above idle. I have to have the pedal down a little to get it to crank up and below 1100 rpms it will die. I had a friend pressure wash it and it ran fine for a few minutes after, but when I tried to crank it back up it started acting up. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with him pressure washing it or if this is a problem other people have had to. I really don't know where to start. I've tried messing with it a little, but I was hoping someone on here has had similar issues. I don't know anyone that has a gator sport and I know the engines in these are different then the utility models so I was reaching out on here hoping someone has the same bike as mine. It only has 80 hours on it. Any info would be appreciated on how to fix this problem.

Structural issues ?
Has anyone noticed or experienced any frame or structural issues in the front end of their rig? Particularly in the area where the front A arm bracket is welded to the frame? I gave mine a good bath over the weekend and on both side I noticed that the powder coat was gone and closer inspection found hairline cracks in the welds.

Stock Exhaust Needed
I have a 2013 RSX 850i and I am in need of a stock John Deere Exhaust for it. I'm a set medic in the movie business and use my JD for work. It has the Big Gun exhaust on it and its way too loud. It sounds like a untuned Harley with straight pipes.
Does anyone have their stock system left over that they want to get rid of?
Thanks...

Gator Spits and Sputters
I have a 625I fuel injected gator that spits and sputters after it get warmed up. Fuel line is clean, tank clean, filter new, plus replaced. Dealer wired the fan to run all of the time, but that did not help. Water temp is good, hot light never comes on.
Any ideas as to what it could be.
