Hi everyone. I just picked up a new RSX 850I this week and joined the forum. I got the trail pkg and am looking to do some upgrades. Light bars, larger wheels/tires, dual exhaust, pre runner bumper, roof, windshield, and a lift kit to start. Any help getting pointed in the right direction would be much appreciated.:)

New Member with fuel problems
I have a 6X4 when the key is turned on the fuel pump runs continuously and floods the carb. I am told by one person there is a relay that controls the pump and someone else says there is no relay. Either way, a new pump and carb has not fixed my problem. Any ideas?

Noisy clutch
I have a 2013 825I that I bought new. It has 50 hrs on it now and has had 3 clutches counting the original. My dealer replaced the original clutch at 40 hrs. because it was getting hard to shift and jumping out of gear. I took it back to them last month after about 8 hrs use because of clutch noise especially when cold. They kept it about a week and claim to have put both front and rear clutches in it. Still noisy. I call it a loud chinking sound, mostly at idle. It also seems to diminish quite a bit after getting up to operating temp. It works just fine, but now that its out of warranty I'm just wandering if it may be an issue that I'll end up paying for out of pocket in the near future. The dealer seems to think that this may just be normal for the new clutches. Sorry for such a long story, but has anybody else had this experience with a new clutch? Thanks

Rsx over heating ???
Today I took my gator riding for a couple hours after just installing 30 inch tires. I rode around my hunting lease cruising around 12 mph the whole trip. My thermostat was reading in the first dark bar majority of the evening but occasionally read all dark bars. When I got finished riding I noticed part of my exhaust was glowing red. I understand riding at low speeds like this makes the engine more app to run hot but does anyone know if this is normal or have any advice To prevent it.

My dad and i have a 825 gator with the full glass cab and hard top. 4x4 UTV Accessories - John Deere Gator Stereo Kit Pioneer CD MP3 Roof Mount Tractor Tunes we are looking into this radio kit and want to make sure it will fit with our cab kit. Did know if anyone could help me out? Thanks

825i 4x4 automatic ?????
So I have an 825i gator, the last few months the gator seems to have taken on a new thing. As your spinning around a corner in 2wheel peel on ice or in the crazy amount of snow that we have in New York right now, it decides to kick into 4wd with out touching the button!!!. Let off the gas your back in 2wd. Problem but not the worse problem until u get in the road that is half ice half black top and it does it then it seems like u have a monster under your front end eating everything. Let of the gas or sometimes u have to go in rev. to get it to come out. But if u leave it in 4wd all the time it dosent seem to growl going down the road. Help please. I know somethings not right. Thank u

For me it reminds me of a time I was out camping in the desert with my grandson when he was 4. He had his riding gear on and was riding behind our camper down through a wash, up a small hill and back. He came walking into camp with his helmet off crying. I asked him if he was OK. After he said yes, I said "where is your quad?" He motioned over there. So he and I got on my quad and rode over to his machine where it was on it's side. I said "You know what this means?" He said "No". I said "It means we have to go get the camera before we can put your quad back on it's wheels." That was a priceless moment for me.

Power Lift sticks
My new-to-me 2008 850D came with a power lift. It works but about half the time it sticks and then stops workiing. I have found that if I reach under the partially lifted cargo bed and move the cylinder with a twist (it barely moves) then it will operate again. This makes me think it somehow is barely binding in some way.
Any ideas on how to get this to operate more reliably?
