One of the kids must have backed into a tree and cracked the plastic on the tailgate on my 2012 Olive 625i. It just broke some of the plastic, but it isn't horrible. I'm just a little picky and want to fix it. Does anyone know of a cheaper way than the dealer to get good used gator body parts?

New member here got a used 2012 825i from local JD dealer really like it so far coming from a gator ts 4x2 what a step up anyway looking forward to the forums.....

I have an 825 gator with a power tech plow. All of sudden it stopped working correctly. It would lower and turn left, but not go up or right. I bought a new wire harness from Power tech and it worked for about 10 to 20 min. then did the same thing. I changed out to control module with the same result. I also moved the ground from the frame to the neg terminal of the battery. It will raise if I put power directly to the motor. Also changed the three relays. Any Ideas.

I finally located a rear storage box for my RSX850i. It is made by Better Built in the USA and it is 30 in long which is the space between the wheel wells. It is also the proper height of the box 30x12 by 11 high and made of checker plate aluminum .:)

Greetings
I'm new to owning Gators and green for that metter. My tractors are Orange but I have always been interested in 6x4s so.....
Just bought what I am told is a 1995 6x4 diesel that is in remarkable condition given its age. It's green & yellow, but the wife hates the color combo so part of the deal was I have to convert it to olive and black. Darn I have to buy all new plastics in olive :)

Glad to be back posting as i was locked out of forum for some computer issue.....took 850i out for first time in hard and extreme mud situation after i installed new 28's intercore swamp lites....tires are bad to bone....but gator failed after riding for a while the rear end started acting weird so i went back to camp site and started checking it out and all of my rear end bolts were completing back out about 1/2 inch and all fluid was gone of course.....dealer handle problem and it dont appear i did any damage.....but a heads up what to watch for and make sure rear end bolts are torque to specs........

Can someone explain why Deere recommends a separate wiring harness and switch bank for mid-range lights on the OPS roll bars when there are "empty" switch knock=out positions on the instrument panel? The OPS set up appears to be unnecessary unless the operator envisioned multiple sets of supplemental lights a'la rally cars...what am I missing here and how can I install a single set of supplemental lights to the instrument panel location.

Bought a set of aluminum wheels, these need a new home. They'll be off, packed and ready to go on Monday. They're in great shape, no bends, and clean. They're the standard black steels with holes in them. They'd make a great extra or mud set. PM me for details. $175

We've nice weather here in D, sunny w/ 40 °F, and so I took a ride with the 550. The country lanes are muddy and the puddles not so deep - appropriate for the gator :D

My older model 6x4 gator runs wide open when you turn it on. This problem happened all of the sudden when my daughter was riding it. Luckily she was quick thinking and turned it off before she crashed. I had to limp it home by pulling the choke to keep it from running wide open. I have no clue what caused this. Does anyone have a thought. Thanks

I am trying to find out what the problem is with my gator. I have changed fuel pipes, glow plugs and glow plug module under passenger seat to try and rectify this and still I can't get any power on the glow plugs. If anyone can help please do come back to me. I wondered if there is a hidden fuse or something .??

I have a pretty old 4x2 gator. Not sure what year it is.
My lift actuator fell apart the other day and the guts fell out. I found two gears and a couple other washers but I don't know what I'm missing or how it all goes back together.
Does anyone know where I can find a schematic, parts and or a rebuild kit?
