Gator 6x4 fuel pump not getting power
I took the hose off fuel pump and have no flow. Seems pump is not getting power. I ran a hot lead to test it and it works.

4x2 won't go forward
I just recently purchased a 4x2 very cheap. Serial #W004x2x072035. It will go in reverse with no issues what so ever. The problem is when you try to put it into forward, it grinds badly. You can force it at that point, and as long as you keep holding it down, it will go forward. The minute you let off pressure on the shifter, it pops out of gear and will not go. Any ideas?? I'm thinking of starting off with a new drive belt and going from there. Thank you for your help in advance.

Alterantor Removal 825i
Hey all
Got a Gator 2012 825i
Replacing the Starter, i disconnected the Driveshaft going to the rear and im trying to remove the alternator in hopes that i could get to the starter through there. Any Idea if i have to take out the rear diff in order to get the alternator out?
or maybe just the pulley on the alternator?
I cant bring it through the top.
I know its my first post but im in a bind and time is an issue.

4x2 struggling under load
Bought it 8-9 years ago from deere, new, now only 350 hs. Never a problem. Now idles smooth but under load is struggling bad. Changed plug, fuel filter, checked pump-working, checked throttle cabble, not sticking, cleaned air filter but only minimal dirt. New plug fouled within 10 minutes--black carbon--not fuel.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

4x2 Turf box latch question?
Hello, I am new to the Gator after picking up a 2002 Turf and was hoping to get some info from other owners/experts
My box is manual lift and doesn't have a latch to keep it in the closed/down position. I have the parts book and I have called a dealer and we cannot see that it ever had one made for it.
The box lifts with any weight placed on the back of it and if I can't buy one for it I will endevour to make one for safety.
Am I the only one without a box latch?

trans or diff fluid coming through vent line
Has anyOne figured out why it is doing this and how do i fix it and i still have warranty but i just wnt to know wat causes this

850D fuel system issue
hello all, having issues with my 850D running for maybe 100yards then losing power. also running extremely rough at idle. after the first time it died started it back up nd it struggled to gain enough RPM's to even turn the tires. took me about 15 minutes to get back to the house. constantly dieing and starting it back up. tried checking the fuel filter but it was clean as a whistle. does anybody have any ideas as to what the problem could be? also noted that the last guy i let borrow it put red diesel in it. dont know if that has anything to do with it just a note.

Gator 850i water issue
I've seen a few things around the forum discussing water issues but none with a problem quite like the one I've been seeing so I figure I'd ask and see if anyone has any insight. Within the last month, I bought an 850i and the day I bought it, we went through water that may have been a foot deep and it got sputtering terribly. When you would try a hard acceleration it would quit almost immediately. I had to restart it several times not knowing what was going on. The next day, I started it and rode it for an hour with no problem. Following that, as soon as I washed it, the problem came back. This led me to believe it was an electrical issue if some sort and since then I've looked at all the connectors, greased the ones I have been able to get to and the problem still remains. There are also two other people in the area I live in having this problem. One of them is a friend of mine so we started looking at his as well to see what we could find and we found that when water was sprayed directly under the bed and above the coils, the problem could consistently be recreated. After finding that, he took his to a dealer and they got the problem to show up but said all sensors were not showing any issues and corporate had never heard of this issue so the only advice they gave was to "be careful washing the machine". If anyone has bad any experience with these issues or had a little bit of insight I'd greatly appreciate it. These electrical gremlins have just about exhausted me

What should be next?
Hey everybody. so iv been looking at some new attachments and i cant decide what should be next on the Gator. I have been looking at a 2in lift that is need but also been thinking about a winch as 9 out of 10 times im riding alone. i saw on superatv they sell a 3500lb winch for $190 with synthetic rope on it which is a awesome deal. the bracket and winch together are about $220 and lift is $140 just not sure!!! AHHH what yall think should be next :confused::confused:

Engine Oil Leak
I have an 850 with less than 80 hours on the machine and since I bought it there has been a leak around the engine oil filter. I took it back to the dealer and they put on a new oil filter and it still leaks. They checked on JD and the only thing it says it to change the filter. Has anyone else had this problem or any suggestions.

New 850 cage
Rolled our 850 at 40 mph. Tweaked the cage. Local guy in Central IL built us a custom cage that it outstanding. Grab bar along the lines of a RZR.
Same size tubing with thicker walls.

Would any one know the diameter of the transmission shaft that the secondary clutch pulley assembly slides on to?

Gator 4x2 gas engine/parts...
I just electrified my old 4x2 gator and don't need the Kawasaki gas engine anymore.
It ran when I removed it, and has a brand new primary clutch.
Also have the gas tank and fuel pump, air filter assembly, and exhaust

Winch Question
Just bought my first side by side and love my RSX 850i so this is my first question on this forum. What is the model number for the winch used on the RSX? I am looking for the warn model number and not the JD part number. I quickly found out that the JD part is, well, expensive and would like to have an alternative source. My RSX is already equipped with OEM brush guard and hitch receiver. Thanks for any input.
