I kind of have a new supposed to be 2014 but is a 2013 camo trail with the poly roof. I will pay or paid (depending on if I keep it) 13,345 with the 2 yr warranty. Just curious what everybody else paid to see if its worth keeping it. Not out to see if one guy got a better deal than another, just trying to justify keeping a new year old model.

Ar rsx
Hey all:
Wanted to drop a line to say I'm the proud new owner of my rsx sport I picked up last week. First SXS. Proud to say its a JD. Dealer listed it as 2013 but thanks to Mr. Deeresales it was built in Sept of 2012. I'm ok with that though. It was a demo that had 3.6 hours and picked it for 12k otd with 2 year warranty. I think I'm in love. Going to get her out this weekend for the first time since the weather will be nice at 60 degrees!

New to the Site
Hello guys. I'm new to the site and a fresh owner of a 6x4 diesel gator. It's old and was hoping you guys could help me out. It needs a starter and I don't know how to find parts for it. W006x4D00608 PID. Can anyone tell me what year and model it is? Also where can I find parts in the Atlanta area?

First Ride!
Hey all:
I was able to get the little green monster out for the first time which was also my first riding experience since I picked it up last Sunday. The machine is an absolute blast as expected. I live here on the AR river which also happens to be an abandoned golf course that my neighborhood sits in. So I have a mix of trails, river bottom, cart path, and sand to play around with. My first test was a full pull which she topped out at 55. It would toggle between 54-55. I assume this is normal? I don't know why we would need to go faster than that anyways...Second, I took to the open fairways which was awesome, you can imagine the over grown grass. However, it provided a nice smooth ride minus the clanking seat belt and door noise. Third, I went into the old sand traps and was able to do some fun fish tailing and spins as I know we all like to give her a little hell when coming out of a corner haha. The final step was the trails along the river which was quite muddy! This is where she really shined. The bottom end power is so smooth and effortless (the RSX is a torquey son of a gun!). It had no troubles getting through mud or going up some steep loose gravel hills. I didn't even have to touch 4 wheel drive once. Most of the individuals around me have rangers. I'm the odd ball neighbor who went out on a limb and went with the JD. I am very impressed and super excited to have bought the RSX. I can't wait to stack up with some others riders in my hood once the weather breaks. I think they will be just as impressed as I am.
I hope everyone here had first memorable ride as I did. Here is a pic I took!
:) still smiling from the ride.

New Radiator 4 Sale
I have had this radiator in my garage for the last year or so. I have not been able to find out what type of vehicle it belongs to. I do believe that it is for a gator 6x4 diesel. I would appreciate it if someone would be able to identify it and inform me what it goes to. The only sticker on top says (PROD NO. ACMO- 00054) And also (T.RAD NO. C251-006-0002) Made in USA of course. If anyone is interested in buying this just message me and im sure we can work something out.

Oil Pressure Low Light
Anyone had their low oil pressure light come on when climbing a steep incline? It has happened twice with me and curious if it is something that I should worry about.

Hi Folks,
I'm from Alberta, Canada. My wife and I own and operate a campground here, which is why I bought a Gator 825i. Love it but cannot find a repair manual that isn't over priced. Any help out there in Gatorland.

radiator running hot/oil pressure affected?
The old 97 gator starts up great, the temp indicator light is always on but after following advice from the Xcopdoc, I removed the wire and the light went out, he's always right:). Since I was going to replace the temp switch I figured I might as well put in a new thermostat as well. When I pulled the t-stat housing off I found it dry as a bone. The previous owner was generally very "thorough" with maintenance and I only added coolant thru the radiator cap to top it off thinking that would be fine. The oil pressure light also comes on after about 5 minutes when first started and then about 2 minutes after it warms up and is restarted again. After filling the motor jacket with coolant I tried running it to feel if the hoses got hot but the oil pressure light always came on and I don't want to burn up the engine, oil level is ok. So, is it possible the water pump is not working, or the t-stat is not opening, causing the motor to heat up too much making the oil pressure switch to "open" since it's a NC switch? which I'll test with a gauge. And how can I prove the water pump is working without running the gator too long? (I should be able to remove the t-stat to prove water flow)And the really big question; How the Hell do you remove that plastic housing under the seats covering the radiator? I tried removing the seats but the bolts are rusted and feel like they just spin but it looks like it should just come out without removing the seats.
I kind of answer my own questions but it helps to think it out and get positive feedback or someone to tell me I'm an Idiot and to DO THIS! Either way works for me

Battery Indicator Light
Has anyone else had their battery light come on randomly? Mine does every once in a while but I havent noticed any speciffic conditions that may be causing it. However, today was the first time I used the winch and the light stayed on the entire winching process. That gator was on and running.

Jdgator idiot light
I have replaced everything on 08 620i and light still comes on-and shuts engine down to one cylinder. Then water kicks back to overflow. Have new fuel pump, fuel filter , thermostat, water pump, filters, flushed radiator and blown out lines. Radiator is clean as a whistle. Please help. My jd dealership is backed up for weeks and I need my gator on my deer farm. Thanks!

Belt Drive, Clutch and/or Shifter Linkage
I went for a ride this past weekend and started to smell a burning rubber smell after riding and winching a tree out of the way. Then it started jumping when riding somewhat like the belt was slipping and could hardly shift between h/l/n/r. It seems that it has gotten a lot better after cooling down but still noticeable and now the check engine light is on. Not sure if it's the belt, clutch or shifter linkage or a combination of the above. Anyone experience this yet?
