I contacted alba by email and ask about performance for the 850 and was told that they have a set of heads and cams that are going into testing on the magnum offroad machine should be available in a couple of months.

in a nutshell; I recently bought 5 acres that came with a ford 3600 tractor and a 6x4 diesel gator. with the help and advice from forums like this I was able to bring the tractor back to life without spending a lot of money. Now it's time for the gator; difficult to start, little power-maybe 5 mph with a good wind and no brakes when peddle is depressed but hand brake works. Looking for any advice to help with repairs to get it back in working condition quickly, any tips appreciated.

carb Adjustment TH Gator 6x4
I would like to adjust my idle speed down as shifting is difficult. My manual says carb is not adjustible while trouble shooting section says it is adjustable. Iam confused.

How to fix a crack in your bed?
This is a picture of the crack in my xuv 550 s4 bed. I only have 79 hours on my gator and I only use it for light work. I have hauled hay bales one or two at a time, buckets of horse feed, tree branches, chain saws weed eaters, cooler, and garbage that sort of thing. I talked to my dealer about it the last time they worked on it. He told me that there is nothing they can do about it, but it is still under warranty. I am worried that this is going to get worse. Anyway does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?

Muffler on 825i
Just got my 825i after owning 2 625's it took me almost 4 months to get it from the factory:D. I love the power steering and the tail gate is a big improvement not to mention the dash board. However I do not like the muffler sound. It sounds like a kids economical car that he/she has added some hot rod muffler just to make noise. Does anyone have any experience with The Silent Rider exhaust silencer? (www.atvsilence.com)

855d mph is way off. can it be adjusted?
i own a new 855D and 17mph should read 30mph. trip meter is also off .I'm not sure about the other functions.

620i Fuel Problem?
Have a friends 620i Gator that would not run right.It starts and idles fine but would not take gas after 1/2 throttle or so.It pulls out fine and then just dies/sputters.It got so bad before he brought it down he had a hard time even getting it on trailer to bring it down.I checked fuel pump pressure,real low.I replaced fuel pump,both filters and pick-up tube in tank.[I didn't replace regulator]I rode all around after done and seemed to run fine.He picked it up and took back to farm,called and said it seem to be doing same thing.He said you must really run it for a while and it started doing same thing,again.ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Need help with alternator 2005 HPX
Hello all,
I am new to this forum, and have already found a lot of useful information.
I own a 2005 HPX Diesel and am currently having charging problems.
I have purchased a new alternator and am in the process of installing it.
I got the wiring diagram from John Deere. There are two wires that go into a plug on the back side of the alternator, a yellow one, and a brown one. These are suppose to be in a conncetor. For some reason, someone before me cut the plug off. I am looking for someone that knows which wire goes to which prong.
Thanks for any help on this matter.
