Hey guys, new to the forum, just picked up a 2015 RSX trail today from my work (I work at a JD dealership). I was just wondering if anybody knows of a 3rd seat option for the rig, I'd like to be able to have my son and wife in it at the same time.

Noise reduction/air filter change for 625i
I have a new 625i Gator with the Kawasaki 2 cylinder engine. The vehicle is simply loud although the overall noise factor does not seem to be solely exhaust noise. On other threads I have noted a "noise reduction and air filtration" kit being available through Deere. My questions:
Is such a kit available for the 625i? if so what is the part number?
Is it effective? Previous threads reflect 825i experience and use of full cab.
Other noise reduction options NOT including the Silent Knight exhaust unit?

quieting the beast
Love my new RSX but damn is it loud! What have you guys done to make engine/drive train noise quieter in the cab? I ordered a soft back for it hoping that will help a little. Have any of you tried covering the air filter housing with anything? Or put sound deadining material under the seats or in the bed? My bed does rattle at certain rpms, so does my driver door. Any advice?

Price check - 1993 6x4 gator
I have a 1993 6x4 Gator with electronic dump bed. It runs fairly well, but the plastic hood and fenders have some damage and the tailgate doesn't close on it's own (I have a chain holding it in place). Driver's seat has a tear in it. I'd like to sell it and want to make certain that I'm charging a fair price. It is all stock. Is $2500 reasonable? I can buy new pastic hood/fender set for about $550. Would this be a cost effective improvement? I'd appreciate the input. I'm located in the Downingtown, PA area.

gator hpx wheels
HI guys, new to the forum. I recently picked up an '04 Gator hpx 4x4 with a deluxe Cozy Cab and heater. The stock wheels are rusty. I would rather replace them with a decent aftermarket wheel but if I had to I could get the existing wheels sandblasted and I could repaint them. (I'm a semi-retired professional bodyman/painter with 4 decades full time experience). The stock factory rims are 10x8 on 5 lug 4.5 spacing. Anyone know any good sources of similar new wheels ? prefer a mag wheel but could live with a slotted steel wheel. thanks in advance, Phil

hi i have a 4x2 gator an I'm looking to put a electric dump setup in it i just have a manual dump now. but the cost for the johndeere kit is outrages has anyone made up there own setup. I've seen some pistons on notherntool and other places didn't know if anyone has tried anything

Hi, all. Just joined the forum, so I thought I'd post up a hello. New to gators, just drug my first one home yesterday after trading an old truck for it. Guy had it valued at $700, and she needs a lot of TLC (gonna be a little more work than I initially thought I think :eek:). I'm a landscaper, so I'm figuring it will be worth the effort to have one of these things handy!

850d 4 wd won't work ?
On a recent purchased 850d, the 4x4 was working normally. Then it wouldn't engage. Checked the electrics and found no power to the rocker switch. Jumped from a hot wire and 4x4 works. (all fuses are good)
In an on-line manual (not sure if it matches mine), it says front axle wont engage until rear wheels spin, is there a sensor or just a sprag type of bearing?
Anyone have a wire diagram of this circuit?

06 HPX roller part out
Parting an 06 4x4. No rotating assembly. So far the rack and pinion is spoken for and I'm hanging onto the front diff. Has OPS. Post here if you need something. Located in baltimore but I'll gladly ship. Thanks

Can I fit 32" tires?
Currently running 28" with no lift and the fox 2.0 shocks at factory settings.
I've heard others say we can run 30's with no lift.
Can I clear 32's with the Superatv lift?
Just thinking out loud here as I'm in the tire market again.

855d cam gear oil
I can't find in my manual anything about what oil or the fill level on the cam gear fill cap hole. The cap just has an emblem of oil on it.
can someone help me with this?

RSX850i starting problem
Intermittently, My gator will not start. When I turn the key it will either not do anything or turn over once and then not start. After 5-6 tries it starts. I took it in to JD and they acknowledged the starting problem, They checked all the wires and after a week of starting it, it started every time. They said they could do nothing more since it now starts. They thought maybe some wires were loose and now they were not, so I picked it up and took it home. I assume they checked to see if the starter motor was the problem or the brake relay. Now it does it again. :mad: It has 29 hours on it. 2 months after I bought it the starter motor failed. 3 months after a new starter motor it would not idle then would die. They put a new throttle assembly MIU 13476 . Now 9 months after I bought it I have this not starting problem. I guess I will have to take it back to JD , no longer in warranty :confused:. I want to sell it but can't ethically sell it when I know it has a problem. Any suggestions??

I have a problem with the parking brake... either the cable broke or it may be in the locking mech. Going to check it out tomorrow . Has anyone experienced this?

I serviced it and it ran for 5 minutes and then it died and i can't get it to restart. has spark , getting fuel... help
