625i Fuel Pump case of the Vanishing Voltage!!!

This one is driving me nuts. :( Originally thought I had a bad fuel pump. Key on, fuel pump winds up to pressure system is the way it should work. It has been working fine until about 2 weeks ago. Now I get 12v down to the final fuel pump connector (in the tank). Great-after a few seconds, the system times out then the power is removed from the pump (I believe this is normal?) My meter shows I have the 12v. Now when I connect the fuel pump the 12v disappears! I finally just jumpered the pump to the battery and it runs fine.

My factory manual indicates that the power source for this is through the relay from the Engine Control Unit. Relay tests good. So I am down to the ECU.

Now can not find anything anywhere on the net that shows ECU for the 625i gator, but I have found a Relay Control Module (AM144734). Question 1, Is this the same thing? Question 2, has anyone else ran into this problem and how did they resolve it? Many Thanks

2008 HPS 4X4 steering issue

I have a 2008 Gator HPX Gas 4X4. At times, the machine gets very hard to steer. It does this in either 2 wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. Normally, I have to turn everything off and wait a few minutes. When I restart, sometimes it goes back to normal steering; other times it does not, and I have to repeat the process until it becomes "unstuck". Has anyone had this problem? The dealer cannot replicate the problem, therefore they can't fix it. Not sure if it has to do with the steering or the 4 wheel drive switch. Any ideas?

Wife and I order a 2016 860i 3rd week of February 2016 from Sema equipment of Northfield MN- has unbelievable deal. Originally told April for arrival (thinking that's out there but OK). April comes and goes excuse after excuse why not here. It's now second week in June was told now it's on the delivery truck but dealer can't tell me exactly when it will be dropped off at dealership. What a sloppy organization IMO. any comments?

2005 HPX 4x4 dead fuel pump?

Hello, first post ever!

I am the owner of a 2005 HPX 4x4 Gasoline (Kawasaki engine). Recently I started it up and drove around a half a block with noticeably reduced power. Then, the engine cut out and could not be restarted. The starter would crank strongly, the engine just wouldn't fire. Plenty of gas in the tank. I did a recent oil change, fuel filter change, air filter change, a few weeks ago. The battery is within a year old and kept on a battery tender.

After some troubleshooting I found a fuel pump flow failure. I did a fuel pump flow test and found no flow to the carb inlet hose when the key was in the RUN position. I found battery voltage at the fuel pump connector, and tried wiring the pump directly to the battery to no effect.

At this point I've ordered an OEM fuel pump and plan on installing it. Are there any other things I could be missing? The only thing I could think of is a block in the line coming from the filter. If this was the case, I should still hear the fuel pump running right? The pump was completely silent when wired up.

I should also note that I manually pumped 20 ml of gasoline into the carb inlet and the engine started and idled for 30 seconds or so.

2013 rsx850i sensor light with book and wrench

New to this site and from Nova scotia. We bought a 2013 rsx850i two years ago and a sensor light is coming on with a book and wrench. Anyone know what this is??? If you stop and turn bike off then back on light goes off for a bit. Thanks

Hello all.

First, some background. We have a 2007 HPX 4x4 diesel gator that we use for a maintenance buggy in a shipyard. 5900 hard hours on it. It does not have an easy life. It gets driven hard and put away wet, was run over by a barge and rolled, rough terrain in the yard, and lots of stop/starts.

Lately, the rear transaxle/differential started leaking. There are multiple pinholes in the case. The more we cleaned it, the more leaks we found! We did a patch with JB Weld to stop the leaks, but I think a catastrophic failure of the case is imminent.

I really don't want to pay for a new trans for this, so I've been looking on ebay, etc. Do these transaxles interchange with other models? Are the gas and diesel the same? I'm assuming 4x2, 4x4 and 6x are different.

Appreciate any help you can give us.

Ordered a new 590I yesterday in green and yellow. Hope I am not disappointed. Have a 2012 XUV 550 now with only 225 hours. Think this will be a good upgrade. What you all think????:)

Bought a JD GATOR ABOUT 4 YRS AGO AND ONLY HAS 240 HRS. FROM THE BEGINNING I HAVE HAD BRAKES PROBLEMS, THE 4WD NEEDED REPAIRED AND THE LAST STRAW WAS A $30. GASGET THAT COST $900. TO CHANGE. WHEN I EXPRESSED MY CONCERN TO JD, I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM LISA-MARIE THAT STATED I SHOULD CHECK THE WARRANTIE PRIOR TO PURCHASE. WHAT BS! ONE WOULD THINK IF YOU BUY THAT JD GREEN, IT WOULD BE A GREAT PRODUCT. OH WEL, WAITING FOR THE NEXT REPAIR! VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE XUV.

825I Fan

Seems like the radiator fan on my 825I runs as much as it is off. Blows a lot of hot air in the cab. The temp gauge is never above normal. The radiators grill is clean and topped of with antifreeze.
Just wondering if this is normal or do I have a bad thermostat or fan sensor.
Any insight is appricated.

Recently bought a 2008 820i without a service manual. Has just over 300 hrs. Now the dashboard srvice light is flashing 1 long and 3 short flashes. Can anyone decode that for me?

I would like to add a full tilt windshield to my JD590i. I'm looking at Koplin and Direction 2. There both about $300. Was wondering if anybody has any experience or thoughts on the 2 brands .

Gear shifting getting harder

My 850I has 308 hrs., all original, never had any major problems. Lately on start up or when it is still cold, after the engine has been first started when I shift from forward to reverse the trans. wants to grind the gears. If it's in neutral it will grind more than from forward to reverse. The slower you shift the more it grinds, as the gator warms up the grinding goes away. Seems like the clutch is not disengageing all the way when it is cold. I still am running the original belt. Is there any adjustments, or something that needs oiled. Also wandered if this is a sign that the belt may need replaced? Any body have any ideas?
