This is a modification I make after pulling a Gator engine to facilitate MUCH easier re-installation & future removal. As you know, JD in their infinite wisdom installs the engine mounting bolts up from the bottom & the nut is on top. This makes it a lot of fun for one person to disassemble/assemble the bolts. This is what I do before I reinstall the engine. Makes life easier. Sorry for the massive photo.
