I have a Gator 6x4 with a Kawasaki FD 620D engine and it has a serious issue with the cooling system...it builds up way to much pressure causing coolant to pour out coolant tank..i have replaced head gaskets..water pump..radiator..radiator cap..it runs hot after a few minutes..i have bled the system over and over..with radiator cap off..turn the key switch to crank..it will blow the water out of the radiator about a foot high..it did freeze back in Dec of 17 but compression is 130 on both cyls..pressure test on coolant system holds at 15 lbs..bump the motor over while gauge is hooked to radiator..pressure gauge jumps up to about 20 lbs..no cracks in heads..im at a lost with this engine..it runs great..
