2000 4x2 FE290D runs well.
Last season I could not torque the spark plug to spec, it would get just short of the spec then spin, EEEEEK
this is not confidence inspiring. the plug is in there tight enough but i may be on borrowed time. All my automotive experience, ive never had to deal with a repair procedure such as this, or doing it on a small engine.
has anyone addressed a stripped plug on these motors? suggestions?
Machine runs great right now but its on my radar.
my initial thought was to use something like this and hope to god any fallen metal shavings that i cant clean out of the cylinder don't wreck the engine
