620i back cylinder very lean, no fuel

2008 620I Gator is running with low power. Idles and starts fine, but low power when under load and/or top end. I've put a new fuel filter. Removed and cleaned the throttle body and injectors with carb cleaner. Nothing has changed.

I read there is an additional small fuel filter before the fuel pump, but I dont see one nor is it in the Deere parts diagram.

Front plug OK, back plug almost white.
