Aloha,
I am a newbie, and am about to go to Auction, regarding a fleet of gators being sold. Being as I am still learning up; on these I wanted to ask the forum about opinions on fair market value of these, ( for auction prices). Now they have 20 to sell, (here on Maui, as the old sugar mill, (the last) has finally fallen). I need to see about buying one for a client, and am also interested in maybe picking one up for myself . SO, I thought I ask you guys what you might think is a fair price for bidding. These are "Fleet" vehicles, so one, they have been used by everyone, second, I doubt they are going to let you drive them around to see which are the better, some might not even start, although I still need to find out total disclosure on condition. Bid price does not include 4% tax, and a 15% Buyers premium, so a 2500.00 sale = 2995 after tax and premium. That being said, these are 2013 and 14 models, with anywhere between 700 hrs (6k miles) to 1400 hrs (10K miles)..I would appreciate ANY input, as to what to look for as in undercarriage problems, and or WHAT you guys would bid for such under these conditions.. I don't assume that they were serviced regularly, although, do assume that they were serviced. I go to Auction on Thur. 18th, and Fri, the 19th.
So appreciate any input as to numbers, as I guess you guys will be too, based on feedback. And these appear to all be GAS models too. Any known problems with these would be appreciated too, as if I do buy one for the client, I will need to service it, and go through everything t make it ready for their use on a small farm.
Appreciate it , Aloha Jack
