hpx very hard to shift, see video, advice needed please

Hi all

I have a 2012 HPX gator just bought in auction with 528 hours on it

it is really hard to shift with engine on, but piece of cake with it off.

I have read differing views on it being the clutch.

please can a gator expert tell me the cause of this problem. if it is the primary clutch, I will go about replacing it, but just want to be sure thats the cause of the problem.
