'98 6x4 frame off restoration

Hi, guys, just beginning a total restoration of an old 6x4 I've acquired. Frame is going to need some significant repair, which I think I've got a handle on. Last bit of stripping down to do is removing the control arms. My question at this point is whether the rubber bushings in there are replaceable? Having a hard time finding them without buying the entire A-arm. I'm hesitant to just cut them out without having replacements first. If not, any useful tips to getting the bolts out?
