1st post, Hi everyone. My name is George.
I have been recently diagnosed with a type of Muscular Dystrophy called Inclusion Body Myositis. This disease effects my legs (foot drop) & hand muscles the most, namely my hand grip strength is very weak so it's difficult to handle an ATV because everything is up at the handlebars. A side by side is more car-like with floor pedals which helps. My wife is insisting on a vehicle to help with snow removal & other chores in the summer.
I've been shopping for a 4x4-side by side (UTV) that will plow snow off my 300 foot driveway. I have looked briefly at a Mule 610, a Polaris & a XUV 550. All are within a few hundred dollars so I want the most for the $$$. I don't intend to use the side by side for anything other than clearing my driveway & maintenance around my 5.5 acre fairly level lot.
Of the three, the XUV 550 has the largest engine & the Mule 610 the smallest.
So, thank you in advance. Please give me your thoughts.
