Really frustrated. I'm new to the forum but wanted to post experience.
I really did my research on a side by side, I thought. Looked at several but always felt JD to be the highest quality. Read all the reviews, even spoke to the service manager at JD and he really convinced me the new 860's were top notch, paid $15K for it.
It arrived 2 weeks after the date I was told it would arrive (30 days total). When it did arrive the dealer needed 3 days to prep it and add dealer adds that I ordered like delux light kit. Brought it home on Saturday 11/14/15 and when I backed it off the trailer I started to check it out of course. Had it idling and looking at the lights, found the hazard warnings did not work and only half the headlights worked. Got in it to drive it and if had no power, back firing, missing bad. Called dealer and they came out and picked it up within an hour after I brought it home. I was hoping I would not fall into the cycle of quality issues I read about with Gators but it appears I am. Just frustrated with the high cost and low quality of this Gator. Not sure if they will refund money but going to try.
