I apologize if this has been posted before, if it has please send me a link.
I have a 2006 HPX Gator. She's beat up and has a lot of hours but still pulling. It was running like garbage-sluggish and way down on power-so I replaced the carburetor. Like it was brand new it took off like a rocket, comparatively speaking. A week later it's sluggish again so I adjust the fuel mixture screws and brought it back to where it was, but now with a hesitation from idle to open throttle.
Another week goes by and it's sluggish again. Again I adjust the carb and it got better but not by much. Now cold starts are a pain again, I can't get it to full speed, and even with nothing but me in it I'll slow to 5 or 6 mph up any sort of hill.
I richen and lean the mixture but it has no effect.
Suggestions?
Thanks
