After being disgusted with the cost of mounting options for a stereo in my gator, I made my own. I formed the profile with some cardboard and transfered that to 3/4in ply. I botched the original roll bar placement so I had to redo the first panel. Stereo in front, light switches in the second drop down.
made the top and bottom panels, bondo-ed the screw holes, and sanded it all down. Then coated in spray on bedliner from the can.
Put in a sheet metal panel for the switches (which will get replaced after hunting season with a better looking / bent / cut one) and fuses. Wanted easy access to the fuses. Put in the stereo and my fire department radio.
LED strips for a dome light. I am surprised and VERY pleased with these. They put off a great deal of light. But the sticky side leaves something to be desired. So I stapled them up.
U bolts from the top to hold her up and a holder for my iphone to play tunes.
