Loving my Gators but want to "upgrade"

Seriously considering replacing my '07 & '08 620i Gators with (2) pre-owned '12 625i's. Would I be gaining anything by doing this (other than newer model year) in terms of specs/features?

I bought mine used 11 months ago & they have been better than I expected. So great for use on my ranch but I have the chance to buy these 2 newer Gators. Also, if you have any suggestions/tips on best place to sell my old ones, would love to hear.
