I am interested to buy a Gator 6*4.
I found an interesting and not too expensive one on the net.
Only drawback (as expected), it is from 1998 and with 3000hours. It was owned by a council so should have been properly checked (no parts were changed). It is in a good shape.
It is has a diesel engine.
I have a Ford 3000 tractor which is from the 70ies and works great (but does not have many hours).
Wondering if it is a good idea to buy a gator with so many hours.
Do people here have old gators with many hours & had issues with them?
Do you know how many hours such engine can live?
Shall i expect to change parts after a certain level of hours?
