magnum tunning fuel chips and rev limiter adjusters

I was looking at a a fuel management controler and rev limit adjuster from magnum tunning. Has anyone tried these if so did they do what they claimed, before i spend the time and money.
I really want to increase the top end speed of my 2018 825M S4
