Hey folks, I’m new to the gator world. My newly acquired rig has the kawi FD620D engine. I purchased it with a coolant issue, which I though was to be a head gasket issues I did some research before getting into it and took note that these were known for a head gasket issue. I replaced the bad gasket yesterday, but my problem only got worse. Before I tore it down, it would ran decent, still had power, just burned coolant, and had a small trace of coolant in the oil. As of now, it was very sluggish, and fter running for 10 minutes, it’s back to putting coolant in the cylinder, but much more in the oil. So much that it overfilled the base and stopped the engine from turning over. What’s everyone’s thoughts as to the issue?
