I could use some expert advice please. My gator 6x4, 2000 diesel model... the ignition key or switch is getting very hot. To be more exact, the black connector piece that the ignition switch connects too is what is actually getting hot. It's gotten so hot it causes melt bubbles in the black connector.
It's gotten so hot that it has destroyed 2 switches so far, I finally now realize what's happening.
I know which wire is generating the heat. Could this just be caused by bad wire contacts inside the black plastic connector?
