590e Transaxle vent leak

Hello everyone I'm a proud owner of a new '18 xuv590e and everything seems to be going well, however, when I went to change my oil after my initial 8hours as the manual suggests, my cousin and I noticed oil on the bottom of the hitch receiver. We looked to see where it could be coming from and noticed it was coming out of what appears to be a vent on the top part of engine in the back. My cousin seems to think this is a transaxle oil vent. We called my dealer to ask why it would be leaking and they said it could be that it was overfilled at the dealer/factory. My first question is, is that what that vent is? And secondly is it because it was filled too much (my cousin checked the transaxle dipstick and did say it was slightly over full). Is it a speed issue? Am I driving it too fast and that I why it's leaking out? It'll do 47 and when I'm on the rail bed I'll keep it at that speed (being mindful not to hit the limiter too much and if I do I let off some). My cousin said that they'll spew a little but he's never seen that much that it's collected on the hitch receiver. Also he cleaned around the vent with carb cleaner and told me to check when I arrived home if it leaked. After an 18mile trip home it was still clean. Thanks for your help, sorry for the long read.
