Fuel injector cleaning

May I ask the opinions/experience of Forum members regarding the use of cleaning fluids for Gator fuel injectors? Bottom line...does the stuff really provide any benefits? My context is that I use a 2014 625I Gator that does a lot of stop-n-go driving on woods roads. I have learned to leave the engine running rather than doing a lot of starts and short trips where the engine likely does not reach optimal temperatures. I am speculating that the extended idle my contribute to longer term engine deposits.
