2015 vs 2016 825i differences - regarding plow mount

Hi all, looking for some more input. I picked up a great deal on a barely used 72" Denali plow.
I could purchase the Denali 2" receiver mount @ $190, but had read a few posts in various places about people damaging their front receivers with the weight of a plow.

Denali lists their 825i mount as fitting 2011 to 2015 825i models - whereas KFI and others list their plow kits for 2011 to 2016 825i models.

Are there any changes between 2015 and 2016, that would prevent me from using the model specific plow mount?
