855D - better wheels / Spacers / adapters?

I have an 855 D S4. I need tires and I wanna build it up a bit. I intend on putting a 2" "hocky puck" lift on it to clear a little more space. I know Gators can't accept lots of wheels but I thought there were adapter options that allow for a "Polaris / common" wheel and tire option. I want to have it sit a bit more "Stout"
Any experience with adapters? recommendations?
