I have a gator 835i with a bed that does not have a scratch in it. It has an electric dump. I also have a mini excavator and plan to use the gator bed to transport a lot of material, sand, gravel, boulders, well you get the picture. I would like to have a polyethylene composite liner but I have not found any that are even somewhat reasonable. And so, has anyone out there ever made a plywood minor for their Gator bed that is somewhat of a permanent installation? at the top of the liner at the sides and rear I would like to "roll" I plywood liner over the top and down the exterior of the bed probably 2 or 3 inches by fabricating an channel. I can eventually figure out a good plan and method to do this but don't want to go to the trouble of Reinventing the wheel if someone out there has done this successfully.
