6 x 4 Diesel....starting issue

I am hoping for some help... I have a 6 x 4 Diesel, replaced the motor a year or so ago, and it runs great.

My issue is starting it. I have replaced the ignition/key module after it failed, JD part not a copy.

Checked the starting solenoid and I guess I am down to the K1 Start Relay...the issue is this and it literally started out of the blue. I have to kind of "bounce" start it, working the key in the ignition until I hit the sweet spot of the start up process for the motor to turn, then it runs fine, shuts down fine...

I have the manual out, and the only item I can see that may need replacing is the K1 start relay...can anyone suggest anything else I may be missing??

This is killing me, I have a 70 AC farm and use the Gator every day, all day and I am now forced to leave it running when I am working on things for fear of not being able to start it up again and getting stranded.
