Thought I would start a new thread. 2014 XVU 825i instrument dash backlight stays on when key is removed. Yellow screen with no readings. Remove the 5 amp fuse and the light goes off. Will crank and runs fine. Checked all fuses and traced wires. No rodent wear or loose wires as best I can tell. Called JD and they have never heard of this before. Guessing only a couple of us have experienced this problem. Searched the net and nothing. Im sure its a wiring issue. But really dont want to tear all the wiring out to solve the problem if I can avoid it. If anyone has experienced anything similar, would appreciate feedback. Trying to avoid taking it in for them to perform the same exercise I would perform. Thanks in advance.
