Hello All,
I have a 2015 625i that we use on the farm. It got to where it would only start in cold weather, as soon as outside temps got to 60 it would fail to start.
I pulled it into the shop a few weeks ago. When checking the spark, the front cylinder sparked rarely and the rear sparked a few times only after I stopped cranking on it. I replaced the plugs and it didn’t change.
I pulled the coils off yesterday and had the local parts store check them out. They had good spark on the bench. They told me to bring the stator in for them to look at. I took it in and they said it was good.
John Deere suggested a new ecm which didn’t help.
At this point I’m at a loss. I’m hoping somebody here has an idea of what’s going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks I’m advance.
