Use Case Recommendation

I'm looking to purchase a new gator for use on a farm with myriad wooded trails and streams in the back for sport. Additionally, however, I'd like to be able to utilize the vehicle on my residential property (which is relatively private and wooded) for getting around more easily and doing yard work with the bed. My concern with the RSX line is that while it would be a blast for sport usage, it is overkill, and extremely loud, for use around our residential property. I also have two young boys I'd like to be able to ride around with me that will not have to wear earplugs and, generally, limit noise disruption. Is there a vehicle that falls within these two use cases anyone would recommend for a good balance? After receiving a quote for the RSX860 and explaining the above to my dealer, he said they had an 825 that should be a little less noisy- that true and fitting for what I've described or should I consider another unit altogether?
