2001 6x4 worth this asking price?

Hi all, new member here. I've been in the market for a 6x4 for about a year holding out for one that meets my checklist of low hours, power dump, bed liner, good overall shape. I found one. It's a 2001 with 270 hours. I test drove it, it runs perfectly, and meets all other criteria. Asking $7000. Does this seem like a decent deal? It really is in great shape, I just worry about dropping 6000-7000 for a 17 yr old unit.
