A month or so ago I received a safety recall notice on the steering of my 825i S4. I hadn’t called my dealer to get the repair done, it’s a 70 mile round trip.. This morning I received a call from one of their technicians stating he was in my area and would do the repair if I had the time. Wow, are you kidding me! The young man was very polite and knowledgeable, did the repair in no time. I just had to tell someone about it, I’m still in disbelief. Thank you P&K Equipment!
