Back in August 2017 I took my 590i to the dealer to have the shocks replaced under warranty as they were all leaking. Brand spanking new ones were put on. Last week was changing the oil and noticed all of the new shocks were seeping oil so contacted the dealer who ordered new ones again through JD rep so they were covered under warranty. Had the appointment this morning and they changed the shocks installing new ones again. Then the mechanic that put them on wanted to speak with me. He proceeded to tell me they would not cover any more shocks because I had been hauling something very heavy and that ruined the other shocks. I told him that was not the case, I have never had anything of any weight on or behind my gator. Most of the miles on it are Hwy. Not ditches or stuff like that. It is a year and half old and only like 900 miles on it. I do not mistreat my vehicles and both the mechanic and another one standing there said they can see I take care of my Gator. I have no idea why the shocks started leaking again, just junk I guess. So now I am off to write a similar letter to JD. What a bunch of crap.
