Recall on steering 825i

I just recently received a letter that my 2014 825i falls within those serial numbers of a recall regarding steering issues. Seems it can fail and has a few times but not much overall. My question is wanting to know what area the issue is in.. Is it where the shaft meets the rack? Within the rack itself? Also does anyone know the "fix" the dealer does to correct the potential problem? Would more clarity if some of you know.
