New gator 590i s4 shifting issue

Hey everyone. We have a new gator 590i s4 with about 5 hours on it. Went to take it out today to play in the snow here in Virginia and had the hardest time getting the shifter to go from Neutral to high. I had to end up rocking the gator back and forth a little before it finally popped in to gear. Is that normal and just from
Being new? It’s under warranty through the dealer but just curious before I call and make a fuss and wanted to see if it’s a common issue. Thanks in advance!
