TITLE or BILL OF SALE

I was told John Deere does not participate in the use of a (TITLE ) When there is a purchase of one of their UTV vehicles like other major brands do. And that a bill of sale was used when buying John Deere.
Does anyone know much about this issue?
Just sounds a little weird to me
