Clutching and ECU

Hey guys, first post here!!

Been doing a lot of reading on this forum. Great info on here! Can I please get your advice on the following?

1. What is the best clutching advice for 28" tires? EPI? Custom work? Any others to recommend?

2. I read in a few threads that guys were talking about getting their ECU's flashed with the RSX860 data. Has anyone done this? How did it work?
