I have owned my 825i for over 6 years and it has been difficult to shift the whole time. My local John Deere dealer has replaced the primary clutch four times during that 6 years. John Deere paid for 2.5 of those and I paid the rest. Everytime the primary clutch was replaced it shifted OK for a few weeks and then back to giving me problems. I finally had enough and was ready to trade it in. I started reading this forum and reading that some of the members of this forum were having the same issues and several forum members were singing the praise of MBDiagMan and that he could solve the Gators primary clutch issues. I tried to make contact with him but his mail box was full. But fortunately Bradhill intervened and facilitated communication with MBDiagMan. Thanks Bradhill. I removed my primary clutch per instructions on this forum and YouTube videos and mailed it to MBDiagMan. Less than a week later I received my clutch back and installed it on my Gator. I don't use my Gator every day but I have given it a decent workout since reinstalling the clutch and it now shifts like it did when it was new.
