Towbar on a 6x4 ?

Bought an '01 6x4 TH the other day and I'm thinking I'd like to put a tow bar on it to pull it to a field so I have transportation other than driving heavy and wide equipment back and forth or calling someone and waiting for a ride.

I can't see why it wouldn't work, but thought I'd see if anyone else had done it or knew why not to.
