Have a 2014 Gator625 with about 58 hours on it...out of warranty! The engine starts easily and machine operates normally when run for about 1/2 mile at which the engine starts to lug, the temperature light flickers and then comes on steadily the engine then stalls. Have done the obvious checks...clear radiator screen, checked coolant level (middle of expansion tank), opened the coolant bleed screw (no pressurized air in system). Note the cooling fan only seems to come on just before engine stalls. Also when idled for 10-15 minutes no overheating noticed...only when in actual operation does this happen (air temp about 20 degrees).
