Help to identify year and engine

I have an opportunity to buy a Turf Gator that has had a connecting rod failure and I am beginning the search for an engine. The connecting rod has gone right through the side of the block so I am expecting I will need a complete short block.


Can anyone help me identify what year the machine is and what engine it has in it?

Serial - 1 MOTURF JTBM060294
Mod TX GATOR DOM
DOM - 040511

Hoping to get through the ID with some help, next question is for suggestions where I should start my search for an engine, or short block, or possibly just an engine block?
