I just picked up a new XUV560 yesterday!
The manual shows the oil drain plug being located in front of the oil filter (towards front of machine). See manual here:

I just took a look at the machine, here is what i see.

That brass coloured bolt looks to be the oil drain plug. Annoying it's not a standard hex socket. Looks like a giant square bit. Does anybody know the dimensions and what it is?
