Older 4x6 gator no power to starter solinoid

I have an older 4x6 gator that when i turn the key on i only get a dash light, no clicks to the starter or fuel pump. It is not getting power to the small red wire on the starter solinoid. When i jumper 12v to small red wire in the starter solonoid the motor will turn over but not start. Checked neutral safety switch, good. I do not hear the fuel pump come on? Looking for some advice.
