Hi, I recently purchased a 2016 Gator 825i Camo with the OPS Poly Roof - black. The roof doesn't fit right and rattles a lot. The dealer put some foam tape between the roof and roll bar which helped but still rattles. The dealer informed me last week they received two more 825i with the same roof and they're the same, loose and rattles. It seems the form of the roof just doesn't seem to conform to the roll bars and they can't be tightened anymore.
I brought it in today for it's 8 hr checkup, actually has 20 hrs, and the dealer is going to try another type of foam wrap like they use for pipes. This is a temporary fix until they hear back from John Deere as to a permanent solution.
Other than this the gator has been working good.
I'm just wondering if anyone has had this issue also?
