Rear brake light?

So after a long ride with the family today they were saying it would be nice if my rsx had rear brake lights on the bed.

Has anyone installed them?
Will the blinker kit add them to the rear of the machine? We cross a few roads and have to drive down a few also so I'm on the fence of putting the blinker kit on the machine.
