A little over 6 months ago I picked up a TH6x4 diesel that was a trade in at my job, which is a John Deere dealer (I'm a John Deere Ag technician). It had 1400 hours on it and needed a little work but nothing major. After fixing the wiring to the cooling fans, doing a coolant flush, replacing both seats and putting on a new primary clutch she was good to go. Eventually replaced tires and then found a discontinued canopy for a different model that I had to slightly modify to work.
I'm now installing a 30" light bar, a stereo system some L.E.D lights inside the canopy for night riding. Also, I was given a broken Warn 3700 winch that i'm attempting to fix and mount on the front of the Gator. I'm in the process of running 8awg positive from battery to a relay and then to a additional distribution block under dash and a negative from battery to ground buss in same location for all the aftermarket parts.
And finally I will be taking a power lift off of a golf cart and modifying it to fit the Gator.
